Chalcopyrite: A crown and earth element stone, Chalcopyrite balances the energy body, cleansing and soothing frayed emotions. It clears energy blockages often brought on by stress, and aligns the chakras. It is a crown opener and therefore an excellent meditation aid, helping us to obtain peace of mind. It is also a strong ally when dealing with justice and injustice whether or not it involves an actual court hearing.

Scolecite: A 3rd Eye and wind element stone, Scolecite is a powerful rebalancing stone known for bringing inner peace and gently cleansing our energies. It also aids in communication whether it be with the spirit world or in a work environment as it builds team spirit. It is a sleep aid and beneficial to those needing a deep restful sleep. Using scolecite will leave you with a feeling of tranquility and peace.

Lepidolite: A throat and water element stone, it is one of the most calming of all the crystals, Lepidolite helps us face life’s most challenging twists and turns and encourages grace in the face of tumultuous times. Lepidolite balances the emotions when dealing with anger, grief, worry or fear, and helps us to find our emotional center, creating an atmosphere of serenity. Mangano Calcite: A heart and fire element stone, Mangano Calcite is a stone of Motherly love. It helps to combat stress, fear, worry, grief, and anger. It comforts our inner child and helps us to open to love for ourselves and others as well as cultivate a healthy sense of self worth.

Malachite: A solar plexus and fire element stone, Malachite is a premier protection stone as well as an ally to those who need to take action but are stalled in a fog of indecision. It gives us strength and vision while keeping us true and honest. Malachite strengthens the heart and stimulates the solar plexus so we can move forward with heart inspired strength.

Smoky Quartz: A sacral and earth element stone, Smoky Quartz is one of the best clearing and grounding stones available. It is like a bad energy vacuum, pulling it out transmuting it, and as effective as smudging. Smoky Quartz is also useful when it comes to concentration, focus and organization. For someone who has trouble in any of these areas, wearing or keeping a smoky quartz piece nearby is helpful.

Black Tourmaline: A root and earth element stone, Black Tourmaline is one of the premier protection stones. Black Tourmaline is also an excellent grounding stone and perfect for those that need calming due to stressful lifestyles. It doesn’t just dispel negative energy, it has the ability to transmute them into useable beneficial energies.

Shungite: (palm stones) Governing all of the chakras Shungite is a wind, fire and storm elements stone. Shungite comes from Russia and is known as a purifier, of not just energies but water. When it comes to protection from negativity and “clearing the air” this is my go to due to its soft nature.  Shungite works within and without to clear negativity from the cellular level outward.
