Forest Bathing is known to decrease stress levels, lower blood pressure and increase our white blood cell count. In Japan they have studied it for years and call it Shinrin-yoku. This Set comes with seven chakra stones and two palm stones, that imbue your body with the elements of earth, and a stick of palo santo wood for clearing your stones. The stones are as follows:

Moss Agate: A heart chakra stone, Moss Agate is also an earth energy stone which enhances our connections to the natural spirits. It is a slow, steady stabilizing stone.  It is known as a stone of abundance, and said to literally make our gardens grow.

Apophyllite:  A crown chakra stone, clearing energy and allowing the flow through the crown, to connect with the devic realms. Apophyllite is also know as a memory stone, helping those who have memory issues, as well as anyone with allergies or asthma.

Green Apopyllite also carries the earth element in it and is an excellent stone to employ when working in the world of nature- whether it be gardening, forestry, animal management, or just forging a deeper connection with nature.

Emerald: Emerald is a heart chakra stone with an ancient tradition of use for fertility, memory improvement, prophecy, and the cure for various ailments. It is said to bestow joy on the bearer and remove fears. It is a stone of pure green energy similar to the energy of Spring.

Emerald is also a stone of wealth and abundance-Abundance not purely in a materialistic sense but in the ability to feel gratitude, appreciation and love.

Petrified Wood:  A grounding, stabilizing and calming stone. It is a beneficial stone for situations that you have no idea how to cope with, as it activates your third eye and root chakras. It is also known as a stone of manifestation, helping you to achieve your goals when it comes to finance.

Aragonite clusters: little balls of healing and cleansing energy, shooting out in all directions. They are beneficial to all of the chakras and wonderful healing tools in body layouts. They clear the auric field and boost vitality. They also calm and still the mind and are perfect for mediation practices.

Rainforest Rhyolite: An earth element stone that benefits all of the chakras. It connects us to the wisdom of nature with a healing energy allowing us to incorporate that wisdom into our daily lives.
