Fenster Quartz (also known as Window Quartz) is Quartz with a skeletal like formation creating many "windows" and triangular shapes on the surface. It restores balance to all of the chakras while stimulating the third eye and crown chakras. This makes it a wonderful stone for shamanic journeying, visualizations, and dream work. Fenster Quartz helps to heal our inner child and release dysfunctional patterns from the past. It is also an excellent crystal to use to combat addictions.
